We reserve the right to decline any order where necessary, including where products become unavailable or pricing errors have occurred.
5. Prices & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown exclusive of VAT, VAT will be charged where applicable, and payment terms will be confirmed on the quotation or invoice.

Where possible, photographs of any damage should be provided.
Failure to report obvious transit damage within a reasonable period may affect our ability to pursue claims with the delivery carrier.
8. Risk & Ownership

They are intended to provide practical learning using genuine industrial automation equipment.

12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to operate products in accordance with supplied documentation, use appropriate power supplies, avoid unauthorised modifications or repairs, use products only for their intended purpose, maintain products in a clean and suitable environment, and package returned goods appropriately where requested.
